Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HICCA garment tags and labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
